I’m thrilled with my roof. I had several other companies come out here and I wanted an architect roof. A neighbor of mine was using Ace Roofing, so I got the number and called Craig. He told me all the material they used, which I was thrilled because it was a 30-year warrantee. Everything I ask for, he made sure I got it in my price range. Whatever the insurance company pays, that’s what you’ll pay, not a dime more. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

They didn’t waste any time. Within a week I had my roof on. No hassle. Ace Roofing even dealt directly with the insurance company and I didn’t have to do anything. They guaranteed everything. They make it easy on you. I never had to hassle with anything. Plus, they were about $3,000 less than other companies.

They did what they said they were going to do. I was very, very impressed. Plus, I got a 30-year warrantee on the roof, plus a 10-year warrantee directly from Ace Roofing. Most companies give a 5-year warrantee on the workmanship, but Craig said we're going to give you 10-year warrantee.

The company is over and above. They definitely stand behind their product. They even gave me their cell numbers and said, if you ever have a problem, just call us.

We’re absolutely thrilled. Ace Roofing did a wonderful job. They were very dependable, always on time. They went above and beyond the call of duty to meet and exceed all of our expectations. They were also very conscientious about watching the weather forecast, making sure there was little chance of rain. They took all the necessary steps to protect the house. They were great.

They did a great job for me. We had a terrible hail storm that come through our area, so there were a lot of roofing companies making themselves available. I got 5-estimates and all were reputable companies, but Ace Roofing stood out. I felt like it was a very fair price and I felt very comfortable with Craig, he’s a man of his word. They started within a few days and delivered all the materials.

My house has a pretty steep pitch and they had to tie themselves with ropes and such, and it still only took a day and a half to finish. I had a couple of shingles that came loose and they came back out immediately and got it fixed.

They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up exceptionally well, no nails. I’ve heard war stories about other companies not cleaning up and leaving baskets of nails all over. I have a nice yard and they were very conscience of our lawn and shrubs and were careful on how they placed their equipment.

I was very pleased and if I had a bad roof today, I would call them again. They did what they said, they stool behind their product, they did it in a timely manner, they cleaned up and got out, and I was very pleased with that.

Having done my research and I am so cautious on who I use, I interviewed about NINE roofing companies. Ace Roofing was not the cheapest, and usually I don’t want to go with the cheapest company because you get what you pay for, but they were very, very fair in the roof that they put on.

I was very concerned about the nails because I have two kids that are still young enough to run around in the yard. So I stressed this to Ace, so Craig had a guy that walked around the yard and picked up (by hand) every single nail. I am very, very pleased and the roof looks beautiful!
